Public Relations Manager

About the role

As a Public Relations Manager you will design and execute innovative campaigns that engage the public and media, supporting Everiii’s mission to showcase Taiwan’s startup ecosystem internationally. You will work in an English‑first environment, collaborate with enthusiastic colleagues, and enjoy flexible remote Wednesdays alongside occasional travel.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to media inquiries, organize press conferences, and designate spokespersons.
• Write press releases, speeches, and other media communications to promote the company’s image.
• Develop and execute PR campaigns and strategies that maintain favorable public and stakeholder views.
• Study organizational objectives and promotional policies to craft public‑relations strategies that attract top talent.
• Prepare and edit newsletters, social‑media content, and other publications.
• Update web content, press kits, company decks, brochures, and videos.
• Manage media relations and track coverage, monitoring industry trends.
• Handle PR emergencies with quick, innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
• Prior experience in media management or public relations, including running PR campaigns and handling press conferences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically while meeting deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with video editing/cutting tools.
