Project Manager - Architecture

About the role

Turner & Townsend is hiring a Project Manager for architecture in Taipei. The role drives the architectural execution of complex construction and industrial projects, ensuring strict adherence to time, cost, quality and performance benchmarks. It involves leading cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholder interests and maintaining strong project governance from inception to handover. The position expects on-site work at project locations as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive project success criteria, balancing scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules and financial forecasts with the Quantity Surveyor team, and oversee change control with documented impact analysis.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, foster transparent communication and direct project information through structured meetings and written communication.
• Implement governance frameworks and produce progress reports, dashboards and executive summaries.
• Enforce Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental (QSHE) standards.
• Act as primary liaison for clients and consultants, identify growth opportunities in existing accounts and escalate strategic leads to senior management.
• Capture lessons learned and key data in internal knowledge repositories.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Project Management or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in architectural design or construction, managing large industrial projects in an international context.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Korean is a plus.
