Program Manager – Reverse Value Chain Operations

About the role
Applied Materials is a global leader in materials science and engineering solutions that enable semiconductor and advanced display manufacturing. The Non‑Tech Program Manager – RVC Operations will lead strategic continuous‑improvement projects within the Reverse Value Chain (RVC) and Applied Global Services segment, working on‑site in Luzhu District, Taoyuan.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor network performance using data‑driven Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and investigate root‑cause issues impacting the network.
- Develop plans and collaborate with global teams to implement process changes.
- Manage projects that drive network optimisation and support critical business needs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical discipline (GPA 3.0 or higher preferred); Lean Six Sigma or Project Management certification is a plus.
- 0–1 years of project‑management experience, preferably in process‑improvement or global logistics/supply‑chain environments.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex searches).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Tableau and Microsoft Power BI.
- Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
