Product Marketing Manager – Food & Beverage Portfolio

About the role

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the assigned product portfolio (Food / Beverages) in Taiwan. This role leads portfolio strategy, product lifecycle management, innovation launches, pricing and profitability management, and integrated marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the assigned product portfolio and drive category growth.
• Lead product innovation, launches, and commercialization projects.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and customer activation plans.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and business performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage pricing, profitability, and portfolio performance.
• Partner with Sales and cross‑functional teams to deliver business objectives.
• Monitor marketing investments and drive ROI.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related area.
• 8+ years of product marketing experience.
• Experience within FMCG, Food & Beverage, Coffee, Foodservice, Retail, or Hospitality industries (preferred).
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing pricing, profitability, and business performance.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Strong English verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Self‑driven, entrepreneurial, and results‑oriented mindset.
