Product Designer (UI/UX) – Financial Apps

About the role

We are seeking a Product Designer to craft intuitive, high‑quality experiences for BJAK’s suite of financial products. You will translate complex financial workflows into fast, trustworthy, and user‑friendly interfaces, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end product experiences from concept through production.
• Convert product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI.
• Create intuitive experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments, and other financial services.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
• Partner with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Iterate rapidly using product data and user feedback to improve usability.
• Maintain consistency across mobile and web platforms.
• Continuously refine interactions, accessibility, and overall product quality.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and visual design excellence.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping.
• Deep understanding of design systems, component libraries, and responsive design.
• Solid grasp of information architecture and user flows.
• Excellent visual design skills, including typography, spacing, layout, and interaction design.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences.
• Portfolio is required.
