Principal Specialist Talent Acquisition – APAC (Taiwan)

About the role

We are looking for a Principal Specialist Talent Acquisition to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for our R&D, Engineering and Commercial teams in Taiwan. The role partners closely with business leaders to build talent pipelines and deliver a seamless hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for R&D, Engineering and Commercial functions, including workforce planning, sourcing, assessment, interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, provide market insights and recommend hiring strategies.
• Utilise diverse sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals and direct sourcing to attract high‑quality talent.
• Conduct behavioral and competency‑based interviews and deliver objective candidate assessments.
• Coordinate offer process, including compensation benchmarking, negotiations and reference checks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in an engineering, manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
• Proven experience with high‑volume recruitment, applicant tracking systems and audit processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
