PC Board Design Engineer

About the role

The PC Board Design Engineer supports the development of complex, high‑density printed circuit boards (PCBs) for semiconductor and consumer electronics products. Working from preliminary schematics and part lists, the role involves creating detailed PCB layouts and ensuring design standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop state‑of‑the‑art PCB designs, including high‑speed signal and power integrity considerations.
• Establish design standards, configurations, and documentation for PCB projects.
• Train drafters on drawing and specification completion and perform design layout checks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Electronics, Communications engineering or related field.
• 5–10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in semiconductor, consumer electronics, or server hardware industries.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical abilities and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Analog and digital circuit design and analysis.
• High‑speed signal design (Signal Integrity) and power design (Power Integrity/PMIC).
• PCB layout and SI/PI analysis.
• Semiconductor testing or Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) architecture.
• Proficiency with Cadence, Allegro, ADS, HFSS design and simulation tools.
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency for global team communication.
