Operational Supplier Coordinator – Linkou

About the role

The Operational Supplier Coordinator (OSC) ensures material availability for factories and field operations by acting as the first point of contact for inbound supply chain management. You will monitor supplier performance, resolve shortages, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between internal customers and suppliers for inbound supply chain matters.
• Monitor and secure material availability, following up on agreements and performance indicators.
• Investigate and resolve supply disruptions, optimizing replenishment and logistical processes.
• Lead supplier improvement projects together with Logistic and Quality Supplier Managers.
• Coach suppliers on ASML systems, portals, and processes, applying Lean methodologies such as 4C/A3 problem solving.
• Analyse and report on material availability, understanding MRP logic and dependencies.
