About the role
Do you like challenges and want to work in a fast‑paced supply chain environment supporting some of the biggest semiconductor companies worldwide? Are you familiar with logistics operations and enjoy managing urgent daily demands? If you have a strong customer‑oriented mindset, this is your mission.
Key responsibilities
- Fulfill customer demand for spare parts and tools for maintenance activities on complex machines, ensuring the right quantity, timing, and cost.
- Handle urgent material requests from worldwide customers in a rolling 24/7 shift system, meeting all communication and execution milestones.
- Monitor worldwide shipments and ensure seamless production without interruptions.
- Resolve complex issues and drive improvements to further optimise processes.
- Support escalations and provide communication proposals for review.
- Maintain constructive communication with worldwide stakeholders across all ASML departments.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Science, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an international company; semiconductor industry experience is a plus.
- Tactical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to organise and prioritise workload.
- Stress‑resistant and able to work under high pressure.
- Flexible, willing to go the extra mile for the customer and a proactive team player.
