About the role
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead cross‑functional teams in the execution of new‑product introduction (NPI) and new‑product development (NPD) projects. The role involves coordinating activities, managing schedules and costs, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate project team members across engineering, manufacturing and quality functions.
- Plan and execute NPI/NPD activities from concept to launch.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets and resource allocations.
- Track project performance and report status to stakeholders.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing product development or introduction projects.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
