职位概况
Micron Technology 招聘 OMT HVM 生产技术员/操作员，负责在 FAB 无尘车间（含黄色光线的 PHOTO 区）监控并操作多套系统，确保生产流程顺畅。
主要职责
- 操作并监控设备与系统，保证产品质量。
- 使用电脑程序与应用软件完成日常工作。
- 检查设备状态，及时向相关人员报告异常。
- 必要时进行物料处理。
任职要求
- 具备基本 Microsoft Office 操作能力。
- 能够接受 12 小时轮班制（白班/夜班，4-3 或 3-4 排班）。
- 能在压力下工作并达成生产目标。
- 良好的沟通与人际互动能力。
- 具备基本英文阅读与书写能力。
- 具备纪律性和细致的工作态度。
必备技能
- Microsoft Office（Word、Excel 等）
