職位簡介
法蘭摩沙股份有限公司（Fromosa）為威立雅集團合資企業，提供藥廠廢溶劑回收與資源化服務，年處理能力約 23,000 噸。公司現招募資深化學工程師，負責帶領製程優化與卓越營運計畫，推動蒸餾製程技術創新、去瓶頸專案與製程驗證。
主要職責
- 監控製程數據（產率、週期時間、耗損率），運用 SPC 等工具進行製程能力分析與持續改善
- 主導解決複雜操作問題（如溢塔、漏液、品質不穩），並進行根本原因分析與糾正預防措施
- 主導新蒸餾塔設計、設備去瓶頸或改造專案，並領導製程驗證活動
- 協助制定 SOP 與工作指導書，為生產團隊提供培訓
- 確保製程符合安全政策與環境法規，參與 HAZOP 等製程危害分析
任职要求
- 化學工程相關科系，大學或碩士以上學歷
- 5 年以上化工、石化或煉油廠製程工程經驗
- 中等以上英文聽說能力，讀寫精通
- 優先具備 3 年以上蒸餾單元經驗、完整專案經驗、P&ID 與 CAD 繪圖能力，以及製程驗證實務經驗
必備技能
- 蒸餾、熱力學、質量傳遞與流體力學
- 統計製程管制（SPC）與製程能力分析
- 優先：P&ID 圖、CAD 繪圖、HAZOP 研究
