職位概述
Coupang 台灣 Price Sharpness Audit (PSI) 團隊正在尋找一位營運專員，負責團隊日常營運管理、系統資料核對與行政流程審核，並協助建構人員培訓機制與品質監督體系，彈性支援 PSI 核心業務與專案。
主要職責
- 統籌團隊日常行政營運流程，確保系統與通訊作業符合時效、準確與規範
- 管理團隊紀錄、追蹤人員動態與行政申請，作為團隊與外部合作夥伴的溝通窗口
- 定期核對營運數據與維護表單，確保運作紀錄完整
- 協助 PSI 團隊推動業務、追蹤營運指標及大型促銷檔期作業
- 規劃組員培訓、建立標準作業流程，並統籌品質稽核與優化方案
- 處理臨時性營運需求與行政支援
任职要求
- 具備基本文書作業能力，熟悉 Microsoft Office（Word / Excel / Outlook）
- 具備基本英文讀寫能力
- 具有資料處理、系統操作或流程優化相關經驗
- 細心耐心，對細節與數字敏感；具備獨立思考與問題分析能力
- 彈性高，能因應多工與變動需求
加分項：具備資料庫 SQL 操作經驗。面試流程為資格審核、電話面試、現場或線上面試，最後通知錄取。
