General Administration Manager, Taiwan HQ

About the role

Coupang is expanding its presence in Taiwan and is looking for a Manager, General Administration for its Taiwan headquarters. The role keeps the office running smoothly and efficiently by overseeing daily administration, facilities, staff support and employee benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee office administration and daily operations, including corporate documents, licenses and internal controls
• Drive process improvement, policy development and governance
• Oversee facilities, vendors and fixed asset management
• Manage budgets, track expenses and provide insights
• Partner with HR and Finance on office procurement-related administration
• Coordinate cross-functional operations and internal services
• Run employee benefits programs and company events
• Lead onboarding of new hires, such as office tours and welcome lunches

Required profile

• 5+ years in office management coordination and office administration or operations, with leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English is preferred

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of procurement, vendor and asset management
• Experience in budgeting and cost control
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fire safety officer certification and compliance or audit support experience are preferred
• Experience with office relocation or expansion projects is preferred

What we offer

• Monthly salary of more than NT$ 40,000, fixed or variable depending on qualifications or performance
