职位概况
凱基證券數據暨整合行銷部招聘資深數位行銷企劃，負責規劃與執行線上獲客行銷活動，提升投資人開戶轉換率。
主要职责
- 規劃與執行獲客行銷活動，確保具明確轉換目標與量化成果。
- 依據業務目標與前線需求，設計線上獲客方案。
- 掌控活動時程、跨部門協作、流程優化與成效分析。
- 將產品內容轉化為投資人易懂的文字，支援開戶獲客。
任职要求
- 大學以上學歷，主修企業管理、行銷、傳播或財經相關科系。
- 具兩至五年行銷專案企劃經驗。
- 具簡報製作與提案能力，能跨部門溝通協作。
- 能獨立完成專案規劃、執行與成效追蹤。
- 需提供過往專案規畫與執行成效說明。
