About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth for our freight forwarding and logistics business. You will lead revenue generation, secure new commercial accounts, and nurture key client relationships across ocean, air, and contract logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new business opportunities in air freight, ocean freight, customs brokerage, and warehousing.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing key accounts to maximize revenue and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to uncover growth areas.
• Lead RFQs, corporate tenders, and contract negotiations with large‑scale commercial clients.
• Collaborate with overseas agents, operations, and pricing teams to design competitive supply‑chain solutions.
• Set, monitor, and achieve sales KPIs and pipeline targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and acquiring new commercial business.
• Deep understanding of global logistics, shipping lines, air freight operations, customs regulations, and Incoterms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English for communication with global clients.
