职位概况

负责为客人提供高品质的水疗芳疗按摩，营造宁静放松的体验。

主要职责

按照标准准备并维护芳疗室及设施，确保开业前就绪。
为客人提供专业的身体按摩及芳疗疗程。
在疗程前准备所需用品，结束后进行清洁、关灯、锁门等收尾工作。
向客人介绍芳疗产品、服务及套餐，并根据需求提供建议和示范。
解答客人关于SPA菜单及酒店设施的咨询，必要时陪同指引。
遵守酒店 SOP 与政策，参加培训并保持良好工作氛围。

任职要求

1-2 年水疗或SPA客服工作经验，具备基础芳疗知识。
持有专业芳疗师执照。
熟悉 Microsoft Office 与互联网操作。
具备良好英文沟通能力者优先。
可合法在台湾工作。

Microsoft Office
Internet 使用能力
