职位概况
负责医药器材订单的全流程客服工作，确保订单准确、及时处理，满足医院、诊所、药局等客户需求。
主要职责
- 协助医院、诊所、药局及连锁通路客户进行订单处理与客服支持。
- 追踪订单进度、出货状态，处理异常问题。
- 办理医药器材借货、回收、核销及相关文件管理。
- 与业务、仓库、原厂等跨部门协调沟通。
- 使用SAP/ERP系统进行订单与资料管理。
- 完成主管交办的日常营运支援工作。
任职要求
- 大学以上学历，具中文及台语口说能力。
- 良好的电话客服技巧，打字速度≥30字/分钟。
- 细心、责任感强，能在忙碌环境中多任务处理。
- 具基本Excel操作能力，愿意学习系统与流程管理。
- 有客服、订单或医药产业经验者佳。
