职位概况
lululemon 在台中 Eslite Parklane 招募零售教育专员，负责为顾客提供产品知识、提升门店体验，并推动本地社群活动。
主要职责
- 在店面与顾客互动，提供客制化的产品咨询与售后服务。
- 通过精准交易与全渠道计划，确保端到端的顾客体验顺畅。
- 巡视楼面，及时发现并满足顾客或门店需求。
- 策划并执行本地社群项目，如跑步俱乐部、瑜伽活动等。
- 维护商品陈列、补货及店面清洁，使用门店技术支援运营。
任职要求
- 具备所在司法管辖区的合法工作资格。
- 愿意弹性排班并在值班期间大部分时间于门店楼面工作。
- 高中或同等以上学历。
- 具备良好的团队合作精神，亦能独立完成任务。
必备技能
- 具备优秀的沟通表达能力，能够清晰传递产品价值。
- 对顾客需求有敏锐的洞察力，能够提供有效的解决方案。
