职位概况

负责在桃园及新竹地区的诊所市场开发与客户管理，推广糖尿病及肥胖症相关产品，建立并维护与医师及医疗专业人员的长期合作关系。

主要职责

制定并执行区域业务计划，达成销售目标。
积极开发新客户、新诊所及潜在商机。
收集市场信息，分析趋势与竞争动态。
与跨部门团队合作，推动市场策略落地。
确保业务活动符合公司合规要求。

任职要求

大学以上学历，医药、生命科学或药学相关科系佳。
具医药相关销售经验，熟悉GP、诊所或基层医疗市场。
有自费产品、保健品或营养品销售经验者优先。
良好的人际沟通与客户经营能力，愿意接受市场挑战并持续学习。

必备技能

市场信息收集与分析能力。
业务计划制定与执行能力。
