职位概况
负责通过多渠道建立并维护人才网络，快速响应公司的人才需求，提升招聘效率与雇主品牌形象。
主要职责
- 利用LinkedIn等渠道搭建人才库，满足公司即时招聘需求。
- 与用人部门及主管沟通，评估岗位需求并提供招聘建议。
- 通过电话访谈、行为面试等方式筛选符合公司文化的候选人。
- 规划并维护符合职位条件的人才pipeline，预判未来招聘需求。
- 提供良好的求职者体验，推广雇主品牌。
任职要求
- 具备招聘或人力资源相关工作经验。
- 熟悉多渠道招聘方法，能够快速建立人才网络。
- 良好的沟通协调能力，能够与用人部门有效合作。
- 具备面试评估技巧，能够准确判断候选人匹配度。
必备技能
- 熟练使用LinkedIn等招聘平台。
- 电话访谈与行为面试技巧。
- 人才库管理与pipeline建设能力。
