Mechanical Project Manager

About the role

As a Mechanical Project Manager at Linesight you will lead large‑scale construction projects in Taichung, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to high quality standards. You will work closely with client, consultant and contractor teams while fostering a collaborative on‑site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage large‑scale construction projects, monitoring progress, quality and safety.
• Coordinate daily field activities, information flow, and issue tracking.
• Lead handover planning, ensuring documentation and expectations are met.
• Act as a visible on‑site leader, assessing progress and enforcing safe work practices.
• Collaborate with client, consultant and contractor on snagging, scheduling and partner engagement.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively, implementing project processes and improvements.
• Lead and attend key meetings, communicate impacts and monitor variations or delays.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience in mechanical or construction projects.
• Degree in mechanical engineering or construction project management, or equivalent experience.
• Project management professional certification (or willingness to obtain one).
• Detail‑oriented, quality‑focused and strong communicator in English and Chinese.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
