Marketing Manager – Taiwan

About the role

Shark Ninja is expanding its APAC footprint and has recently launched in Taiwan. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of local marketing strategies for both the Shark and Ninja brands, driving growth in this high‑potential market.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consumer insights research to shape messaging and positioning.
• Develop and implement brand growth strategies, meeting defined targets.
• Collaborate with product teams to create compelling marketing communications and assets.
• Plan and execute media buying, consumer promotions, PR, and digital/social campaigns.
• Manage external partners such as agencies, PR firms, and media vendors.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimise media mix and assets.
• Coordinate with global marketing to adapt best practices for the Taiwan market.
• Align marketing activities with the Taiwan distributor for e‑commerce, trade, and in‑store displays.
• Oversee ATL budget and ensure compliance with finance processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in consumer marketing communications, preferably in FMCG or home appliances.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to optimise marketing spend.
