Manager, Order to Invoice (OTI)

About the role

We are looking for a Manager, Order to Invoice (OTI) to lead the strategic development and digital transformation of G-EDM’s Order to Invoice processes across the Asia-Pacific region. The role will act as the global point of contact, driving process optimisation, automation and stakeholder alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in shaping G-EDM’s business strategy, process improvements and digitalisation initiatives.
• Lead the design, optimisation and automation of Order to Invoice processes, guiding Customer Service Leads to define end-state solutions.
• Conduct regular analysis of existing processes and the IT environment to identify further development opportunities.
• Identify global and country-specific features, run NGBA workshops and deliver role-based training for users.
• Create user documentation, process descriptions, guidelines and procedural instructions.
• Provide updates to key stakeholders on NGBA implementation progress and represent G-EDM in expert communities and forums.
• Build and nurture an internal G-EDM Order to Invoice expert community.

Required profile

• Experience leading global process improvement and digitalisation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and change-management capabilities.
• Ability to work across multiple countries and cultures.
