Local Digital Marketer – Taiwan

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on, results‑driven Local Digital Marketer to lead digital marketing activities in the Taiwan market. The role will translate regional strategies into locally‑optimized campaigns, create culturally relevant content, and drive lead generation for our B2B technology portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise local digital campaigns aligned with regional strategy, business goals, budget and timelines.
• Adapt global English‑language assets into Traditional Chinese, including technical articles, white papers, case studies and standards‑related content.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, application‑oriented messaging for engineers, buyers and executives in Taiwan’s electronics and advanced‑technology ecosystem.
• Manage paid media on LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant local channels; identify industry publications, newsletters and digital‑media opportunities.
• Support localized website and landing‑page content, SEO and content optimisation for the Taiwan market.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, designers and external partners for content and campaign production.
• Monitor campaign performance (impressions, CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate, lead volume, ROI/ROAS) and conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, audiences, channels and landing pages.
• Provide market insights, competitor observations and actionable recommendations to the Marketing Lead; prepare regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in Traditional Chinese and strong professional English.
• Demonstrated experience marketing to Taiwanese audiences with B2B content writing and localisation capability.
• Recent, substantive experience in the Taiwan market; Taiwan‑based preferred if local media relationships or event support are needed.
• Background in semiconductors, electronics, PCB/PCBA, advanced packaging, AI or smart manufacturing is a plus.
