Knowledge Analyst – Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a Knowledge Analyst to join the McKinsey Transformation team. In this role you will support clients throughout multi‑year transformation programmes, helping them build lasting capabilities and achieve performance breakthroughs.

Key responsibilities

• Work within a 2‑5 consultant engagement team led by an engagement manager to drive day‑to‑day execution of transformation initiatives.
• Set up and operate a best‑in‑class Transformation Office and associated Performance Infrastructure.
• Apply the McKinsey Transformation (MT) methodology, including the Wave management tool, to coordinate cadence, reporting and governance.
• Support clients in areas such as organization health, capability building, digital enablement and performance measurement.
• Coach client teams, provide practical solutions, and ensure ethical standards are upheld.
