Key Account Sales Manager

About the role

The Key Account Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans for our most important customers. This role acts as the primary commercial interface, building trusted partnerships and driving growth across existing and target accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement account plans that define objectives, stakeholder mapping, growth opportunities, risks and expected results.
• Maintain multi‑level relationships with decision‑makers, influencers and operational contacts, serving as the trusted business partner.
• Manage the full opportunity pipeline from need identification through solution design, quotation, negotiation, order closing and implementation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional support (Technical, Product Management, Supply Chain, Finance, HQ) to deliver tailored solutions, samples, trials and commercial proposals on schedule.
• Lead regular business reviews, track performance, address issues, monitor market trends and provide accurate forecasts and CRM updates.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial products, engineered solutions or a similar B2B environment.
• Proven track record managing strategic or multinational customers, preferably in Southeast Asia or other international markets.
• Strong business communication skills and willingness to travel frequently.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute account strategies independently and deliver results.
