About the role
Alcon is seeking a motivated Key Account Manager for its Vision Care business in Taiwan. You will be responsible for driving sales growth with key accounts and modern trade customers, developing strategic plans, and negotiating contracts to increase market share of core brands.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement account strategies, including pricing, shelf placement, promotions, and contract negotiations based on customer segmentation.
- Manage Gross-to-Net (GTN) processes, negotiate terms, and oversee pricing and merchandising plans with chain store headquarters.
- Grow share of key Vision Care brands by aligning sales tactics with business objectives.
- Provide customers with business intelligence, data analysis, and insights to expand opportunities.
- Monitor and ensure proper execution of promotions and merchandising by third‑party partners.
- Control GTN within budget while maximizing sales performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- 1‑3 years of experience in key account management, preferably within a multinational FMCG environment.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Proven interpersonal, negotiation, leadership, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel.
