Key Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key ODM/OEM clients in the Taiwan electronics sector. The role involves overseeing project execution from new product introduction to mass production while developing new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily account maintenance and project coordination for key clients in the Taiwan electronics industry.
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and mass‑production projects, working with Technology, R&D, Manufacturing and other internal teams.
• Identify and develop new clients and business opportunities in markets such as notebooks, desktop computers, all‑in‑one PCs, networking equipment and other consumer electronics.
• Conduct regular client visits to gather market insights, product demand and competitive intelligence, building long‑term relationships.
• Collaborate with headquarters and factories to ensure smooth project advancement and technical communication.
• Travel to Guangzhou or other cities as required by client projects.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in sales or Key Account Management within the Taiwan electronics industry.
• Familiarity with the supply chain for notebooks, desktop computers, all‑in‑one PCs, networking equipment or similar electronic products (preferred).
• Experience with plastic materials, modified plastics, mechanical components, plastic injection molding or electronic mechanical parts (highly preferred).
• Strong project‑management, cross‑departmental communication and customer‑relationship skills.
• Proven ability to independently acquire new clients and expand markets.
• Willingness to undertake short‑term business trips.
