About the role

We are a leading wireless broadband communications company seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to develop mechanical parts and assemblies for network communication and automotive electronics products. The role involves ensuring structural stability, reliability, and smooth transition to mass production.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies using CAD software, create 3D models and 2D drawings, and perform design verification and optimization.
• Select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes, evaluate material strength and cost efficiency.
• Fabricate prototypes, conduct functional and reliability testing, analyze results and implement improvements.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing, resolve mechanical issues during mass production, and ensure production efficiency.
• Prepare and manage design documentation, technical specifications, and design change records.
• Collaborate with electronic engineers, software developers, and testing teams to align mechanical design with overall system requirements.
