IT Engineer

About the role

Supermicro is looking for an IT Engineer to support its global IT operations. The role involves managing a range of infrastructure services, from IoT devices to on‑premise servers, ensuring business continuity and rapid incident response.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and support IoT devices such as CCTV, door access, and conference room systems.
• Manage Active Directory accounts, including creation, modification, and de‑provisioning.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain on‑premise servers.
• Provide immediate response during outages and lead recovery activities.
• Assist with service ticket processing, tracking, and resolution.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent college education.
• Preferably 3+ years of experience in an IT environment.
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• Team‑oriented with good documentation habits.
• Open‑minded, proactive, and able to follow established processes.
• Commercial awareness and business sense.
