About the role

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a clinical track (e.g., MA, MC, MSc, MRFT, MSW) and licensed to practice counselling in your jurisdiction.
• At least 3 years post‑graduate experience providing structured counselling or psychotherapy.
• Current full registration with the relevant licensing board, able to work independently without supervision.
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
• Office space available for in‑person client sessions.
• Ability to work with adults; preference for experience with children, couples and families.
• Preference for specialization in trauma, neuro‑diversity, women’s health, or chronic/acute health conditions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in evidence‑based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT and DBT.
• Use of measurement‑based care and promotion of skills practice.
• Experience managing clinical risk and crisis response.
• Multilingual counselling ability (asset).
