Integration Engineer – Warehouse Automation (Taipei)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Integration Engineer to join a global leader in industrial automation. The role focuses on integrating cutting‑edge warehouse, parcel, and logistics automation systems for projects in Taiwan.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate complex automation equipment such as conveyors, ASRS, shuttle systems, AGVs, robots, Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) and related IT infrastructure.
• Develop integration plans, test strategies and detailed system requirements.
• Execute system integration, verification, validation and end‑to‑end testing.
• Identify technical risks, troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, customers and suppliers throughout project execution.
• Lead small integration activities while ensuring quality, timelines and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse automation, parcel & postal, or intralogistics projects.
• Hands‑on work with shuttle systems, automated sorting, and WCS applications.
• Familiarity with PLC controls, software layers, control systems and IT infrastructure.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 25‑50% for project handover and commissioning.
