Installation Team Line Manager – Applied Global Services

About the role

We are looking for strong iTeam Line Managers to lead installation engineers and provide overall team management within Applied Global Services. The role reports to the Head of Taiwan iTeam Organization and offers a clear career path toward future field‑operations leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop installation engineers across the district, managing work assignments and performance objectives.
• Oversee installation activities, including resource planning, schedule management and ensuring safety, quality, cycle‑time and cost targets are met.
• Partner with the service organization to align pre‑handoff and execution processes and support daily ramp activities.
• Monitor product resource availability, capacity and capability across sites and serve as the field interface for global program adoption.
• Ensure compliance with Applied Materials’ Standards of Business Conduct and uphold ethical behavior.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• Experience as a Service Manager or Installation Engineer with team‑lead responsibilities in a field organization.
• Strong customer‑facing or field‑support background.
• Experience managing remote teams is preferred but not required.
