Inside Sales – Global Distribution (Asia) – Taipei

About the role

The Inside Sales role supports distribution partners and mass‑market customers, ensuring smooth sampling, delivery, quality, and customer engagement. Working closely with product managers and the sales team, the position drives business growth across the Asia region.

Key responsibilities

• Handle sample requests, coordinate deliveries and resolve logistics issues for distribution partners.
• Issue New Business Opportunities (NBOs) and respond to daily RFQs in collaboration with product managers.
• Provide alternative parts, substitution services and maintain proactive communication with customers.
• Track sales records, quotations and order status; support forecasting and buffer planning.
• Maintain CRM data, generate sales reports and monitor KPIs such as RFQ turnaround time.
• Gather market intelligence from partners and customers to inform product and sales strategies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer support or distribution management.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM tools.
