Information Technology Systems Engineer

About the role

The Information Technology Systems Engineer will provide daily engineering support and operations for Arrow’s hardware and software infrastructure, ensuring performance, reliability and compliance across multiple sites in Taiwan.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily engineering support and operations for hardware and software infrastructure, including maintenance, performance monitoring and reporting.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues across software, applications, databases, hardware and COTS applications.
• Deliver second‑level support by working directly with IT teams and end users to resolve escalated incidents.
• Coordinate with vendors to facilitate hardware and software repair activities.
• Participate in annual disaster recovery testing.
• Commute between the Zhonghe and Taoyuan offices as required.
• Support Microsoft 365, Intune and ServiceNow solutions.
• Manage virtual machines, storage and data‑center equipment.

Required profile

• 4‑year degree with 1–2 years experience, or 2‑year degree with equivalent experience.
• Ability to follow established procedures with close supervision.
• Willingness to work onsite and travel between two locations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
