HR Generalist (HRBP/HRAM)

About the role

The HR Generalist will act as a strategic partner and operational support for country HR teams and business leaders, ensuring global HR policies are applied consistently while adapting to local regulations. This role bridges headquarters HR guidance with on‑the‑ground execution across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with country HR and business stakeholders to implement global HR policies and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Execute HR programs such as headcount planning, performance management, internal mobility, talent development, and employee relations.
• Coach country HR leaders on people‑management topics to raise professional capability.
• Manage complex cross‑country cases, including international assignments, mobility, critical‑position recruitment, and organization design.
• Build strong relationships with country HR and business partners through effective communication.
• Provide tailored HR consulting services aligned with HQ guidelines and business priorities.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English with strong interpersonal and consulting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a multinational, multicultural environment.
• High attention to detail, service orientation, and a track record of progressive achievement.
• Solid knowledge of compensation & benefits, talent development, performance management, and talent acquisition.
• Experience handling employee relations, HR compliance, and HR systems.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a full‑function or HR‑business‑partner role, and 3 years of cross‑cultural or international HR exposure.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or related field is a plus.
