Head of Finance (Taiwan & Regional Operations)

About the role

Partipost, a fast‑growing influencer marketing platform, is seeking a hands‑on Head of Finance to lead its Taiwan finance function while supporting regional operations. The role will be pivotal in strengthening financial governance, improving operational discipline, and enabling growth across multiple Asian markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the finance function for Taiwan and support financial operations across regional markets.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly close, management reporting, and statutory filings.
• Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and processes to scale with regional growth.
• Drive improvements in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash management.
• Collaborate with regional finance and business teams to align processes and reporting standards.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital, support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Lead statutory audits, coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
• Mentor finance team members and help build scalable finance systems.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or audit.
• Prior experience in a Big 4 accounting firm or equivalent is preferred.
• Background in fast‑paced companies and exposure to regional or multi‑market operations.
