HBM Shift Production Engineer

About the role

The HBM Shift Production Engineer will supervise a production team in Micron’s memory manufacturing environment, ensuring that daily operations meet schedule, quality, and cost targets. This role combines line management, KPI monitoring, and continuous‑improvement initiatives while integrating AI‑assisted tools to boost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage production line activities and allocate resources to meet demand.
• Schedule operations, trace lots, and maintain accurate production records.
• Monitor manufacturing KPIs such as on‑time delivery, utilization, quality, cycle time, cost, and team morale.
• Lead or coordinate department‑wide projects and productivity‑enhancement programs.
• Analyze abnormal events, develop corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present production, personnel, and quality reports.
• Establish and enforce operating policies and procedures.
• Participate in cost‑reduction, quality‑improvement, and cycle‑time improvement activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• TOEIC score of at least 650 or equivalent English certification.
• Basic data‑processing skills.
• Willingness to work shifts.
• Baseline digital fluency and ability to use AI‑assisted tools responsibly.
