About the role
We are looking for a Hardware R&D Engineer specialized in Ethernet switch development. The role involves designing and validating L2/L3 switch hardware, delivering PoE solutions and collaborating with leading silicon vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Design Ethernet L2/L3 switch hardware, including schematics, layout review and placement optimization.
- Develop 802.3af/at/bt Power over Ethernet (PoE) hardware solutions.
- Perform signal measurement, debugging and validation of prototypes.
- Work with Marvell, Broadcom and Texas Instruments switch platforms.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electronic circuit design.
- Proficiency with OrCAD and Allegro design tools.
- Experience with FPGA/CPLD design is preferred.
- Familiarity with basic test instruments and equipment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
