About the role

TSMC is seeking experienced professionals to lead global procurement and supply planning initiatives across its semiconductor manufacturing network. The role focuses on building supplier partnerships, optimizing procurement strategies, and ensuring reliable supply of equipment, parts, and indirect materials.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage world‑class supplier partnerships, delivering continuous improvements in quality, cost, delivery, service and sustainability.
• Design procurement strategies and collaborate with diverse suppliers and internal stakeholders to optimize solutions for TSMC.
• Forecast demand and plan supply to meet production requirements.
• Manage supplier performance to ensure reliable delivery and replenishment.
• Lead cross‑functional projects aimed at supply‑chain excellence.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, IT or a related business/supply‑chain field, or a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of supply‑chain or semiconductor experience.
• Project‑management experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and English language skills; Japanese or German proficiency is advantageous.
• High learning agility, inclusive mindset and executive‑level confidence.
