Full Stack Developer – Analyst, Risk & Quant Analytics

About the role

Polymer Capital Management is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join its Risk & Quant Analytics team in Taipei. You will work on end‑to‑end data‑driven solutions that support risk monitoring, quantitative research, and trading activities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement database schemas, RESTful and gRPC APIs.
• Develop front‑end interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Build back‑end services with C#.NET Core, FastAPI and Python.
• Apply Agile and DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code reviews.
• Maintain cloud infrastructure, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) and IaC tools (CDK, Terraform).
• Collaborate with analysts to translate statistical concepts into functional software.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in front‑end, back‑end, or full‑stack development.
• Comfortable working on any layer of a project and eager to learn new technologies.
• Strong English reading and writing skills for daily communication.
