Founding Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for short‑term rental businesses. As a Founding Growth Marketer you will shape the go‑to‑market strategy, drive demo bookings and qualified leads, and help the company scale rapidly from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or more growth channels end‑to‑end, set strategy, launch campaigns and take responsibility for results.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings through paid ads, SEO, outbound outreach, referrals and industry partnerships.
• Deeply understand property‑manager customers, their pain points and decision triggers.
• Run fast experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers; scale what works and stop what doesn’t.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, content production and automation.
• Build and optimise funnels and landing pages that convert from first impression to paying customer.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and translating product capabilities into clear value propositions.
• Track performance metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, acquisition cost and pipeline contribution, and communicate insights.

• Commercially focused, measuring success by qualified demand and customers rather than vanity metrics.
