Finite Planner, Scheduler & Buyer

About the role

Air Liquide Advanced Materials is seeking a Finite Planner, Scheduler & Buyer to develop and manage the site‑specific production plan, schedule and purchasing activities. The role ensures that production capacity, material and labor availability align with S&OP volumes and project schedules while meeting customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule for the manufacturing site, based on global planning input, site capacity and material & labor availability.
• Schedule, sequence, prioritize and monitor performance of all manufacturing processes at the site.
• Lead weekly cross‑functional meetings with customer service, operations, product management and other stakeholders to provide order status.
• Collaborate with production, quality, logistics and procurement teams to ensure schedules are met and monthly shipment and financial targets are achieved.
• Generate and report KPI’s related to production, planning and supply‑chain effectiveness.
• Identify constraints or inefficiencies and propose continuous‑improvement actions.
• Participate in Sales & Operations Planning meetings, provide “what‑if” scenario analysis and support customer allocation decisions.
• Maintain ERP master data such as lead times, bill of materials and lot sizes while driving inventory accuracy.

Required profile

• Experience in production planning, scheduling and procurement within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and lead regular status meetings.
• Strong analytical mindset to monitor KPI’s and propose improvements.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Understanding of S&OP processes.
• Familiarity with KPI development and reporting.
