Finance & Organization Transformation Consultant

About the role

EY is hiring a Technical Consultant / Senior Consultant for its Finance Performance & Organization Transformation team in Taipei. You will work with leading companies on their transformation journey, covering finance digitalization, people and organizational change, and grow into a well-rounded transformation advisor.

Key responsibilities

• Support finance digital transformation: budgeting and forecasting process design and system implementation, consolidation process design and system implementation, management reporting design and optimization, and KPI and performance measurement design.
• Deliver people capital consulting: organization structure and workforce design, HR policies and compensation framework optimization, performance management and incentive design, and succession planning.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives: target operating model redesign (process, organization, technology) and culture shaping and change management.

Required profile

• Fluent English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Team player who is self-motivated, eager to learn and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
• Logical thinking and design thinking skills.

Required skills

• Basic programming or automation skills.
• Willingness to learn digital technologies such as EPM, AI, BI, RPA and ETL tools.
• Nice to have: experience as a technical consultant or in IT/MIS roles, familiarity with EPM systems (Oracle Hyperion, Oracle EPM Cloud, CCH Tagetik), SQL (MS SQL, PostgreSQL), RPA, ETL and BI tools, and AI solutions such as AI agents, RAG and n8n.
