ETF Specialist (Taiwan)

About the role

The ETF Specialist (Taiwan) supports the growth and promotion of the firm's ETF business in Taiwan. The role works closely with the local ETF, sales, marketing and BD teams to strengthen market awareness and adoption of existing ETF products through product expertise, high-quality content and investor education.

Key responsibilities

• Support and execute ETF promotion initiatives in Taiwan to drive awareness and asset growth
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on existing ETF products for internal teams and external partners
• Develop and maintain ETF-related marketing and educational materials, including presentations, reports and digital content
• Assist with ETF product training for securities firms, distributors and other channel partners
• Collaborate with local sales, marketing, compliance, BD and investment teams to ensure accurate and compliant product messaging
• Track market developments, the competitive landscape and investor feedback to support the ETF promotion strategy

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in asset management, ETFs, fund products or financial services
• Familiarity with the Taiwan ETF market and distribution channels preferred
• Fluency in Mandarin and English
• Well-organized, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
