Finance & Admin Manager – Taiwan Office

About the role

The Finance & Admin Manager will serve as the operational backbone of JERA Nex bp's Taiwan office, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day corporate functions. Reporting to the Taiwan OSW Head, the role combines financial administration, office operations, and compliance responsibilities to support the offshore wind mission.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily financial administration, including accounts payable/receivable, expense tracking, and petty cash.
• Coordinate outsourced accounting and tax service providers to deliver monthly financial statements, tax filings, and statutory reports in line with Taiwan regulations.
• Prepare and submit regular financial reports to JNBP HQ, ensuring accuracy and alignment with group standards.
• Oversee office administration: facilities, procurement, vendor relationships, travel and logistics for the Taiwan team.
• Support company secretarial duties such as board and committee meeting coordination, minute preparation, and regulatory filings.
• Maintain and update corporate policies, internal procedures, and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, versatile professional comfortable managing vendor relationships and liaising with headquarters.
• Strong understanding of Taiwan corporate governance, tax, and financial reporting requirements.
• Ability to work in a lean, high‑performing team and prioritize multiple administrative tasks.
