Sr. Accounting Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a senior accounting specialist to join 17live’s finance team in Taipei. The role focuses on revenue and expense accounting for the Taiwan entity and its subsidiaries, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Process revenue data from the front‑end system, verify and record journal entries.
• Prepare and analyze monthly revenue reports.
• Prepare and analyze monthly expense reports.
• Compile withholding income tax and VAT declaration information and reconciliation statements.
• Support annual audit preparation for the CPA firm.
• Handle daily bookkeeping for Taiwan and overseas subsidiaries.
• Maintain and reconcile subsidiary ledgers.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Responsible, independent worker with the ability to self‑learn and optimise processes.
• Minimum 2 years experience in an accounting firm.
• At least 1 year experience in corporate accounting.
• Detail‑oriented team player.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
