Field Service Team Leader

About the role

The Field Service Team Leader will oversee the onsite service team, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and align with Edwards Best Operating Practice. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal functional teams, delivering timely feedback and reports.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the onsite field service team in daily operations, ensuring compliance with Edwards Best Operating Practice.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, gather feedback, and communicate requests to the Service Manager.
• Prepare regular activity reports and monitor safety and loss‑control standards.
• Participate actively in continuous improvement of health, safety and loss‑control management systems.
• Work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating self‑motivation and discipline.

Required profile

• Experience in field service with solid product knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to work with engineering drawings (electrical, mechanical, schematics).
• Understanding of electro‑mechanical assembly, electrical/PLC controls and electronics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and customers.
