About the role
Micron Technology is hiring a Fab Engineer (PAC) at its Fab 11 site in Taoyuan. You will work with a team of process and equipment engineers who start up, develop and optimize processes to improve product quality and reliability. The role covers process yield improvement, cost reduction, productivity improvement and risk management, as well as resolving manufacturing line problems.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, diagnose and resolve process-related problems using failure analysis, FMEA, 8D or SPC methods.
- Coordinate and carry out process, equipment and material evaluation and optimization to implement changes at each process step.
- Take part in yield improvement and cost reduction activities.
- Handle new process baseline qualifications.
- Manage, audit and liaise with material suppliers to meet quality, cost and risk objectives.
